History

Founded in Singapore in June 2020 and launched to market in October 2021

Our Story

The idea for Parrotfish was born in 2019 when we were unable to find women's swimwear for scuba diving that was both functional, unique and beautifully designed as well as made from recycled synthetic fabrics.

South East Asia is unique in that we're simultaneously surrounded by the world's most incredible ocean wildlife whilst also being the home to some of the most plastic polluting countries in the world.

With Parrotfish, we set out to create beautiful swimwear that's designed specifically for water-sports and not only minimises its impact, but also actively does its part to protect the oceans we play in.

The Vision

Our vision for Parrotfish is to build a different calibre of fashion brand. One that puts genuine ethical conduct above everything else. From truly environmentally conscious manufacturing and packaging, to non-invasive communications and marketing.

At a Glance

Parrotfish makes unique, stylish, high quality women’s swimwear for environmentally conscious divers, surfers and all water-sport lovers. Our plastic & carbon footprints are minimised across our entire supply chain starting with synthetic fabrics certifiably recycled from plastic waste that would otherwise end up in landfills and oceans.
